Remove frame hardware step 3. Cut your wire a little bigger than the back of your frame with wire cutters and lay it on the back with the frame face down. Using fabric glue glue your strips on top of the wire. Once the wire is attached cut pieces of felt to cover the edges of the wire so it doesn t scratch up the walls when you hang it.

Essentially all i did was remove the photo glass from the frame and then used a staple gun to staple the chicken wire to the back of the frame.
